Ripoff. Yes, I am the dolt that ordered, but can they get away with that false prize award?

They sent me repeated emails growing more urgent about a huge shipment for me that I would be forfeiting. So I followed the links and placed a small order, but no shipment arrived. I called twice, and left messages, and sent an email.

In total, I ordered at three different times, and each time followed new links, red ticket, yellow ticket and such - one means an item near and the other near 5000 was supposed to be my huge prize shipment. I place the order in November this year as well.

I got what I ordered only and even today keep getting this prize notification. No one is calling me back and I want some answers.
