Borders partnered and I can't redeem the $15 card

One of my parents went to Borders and made a purchase and brought me the code - so i thought I would log on and create a project to have "funded" I tried to create a project I was even willing to fund the rest myself. A $25 purchase was going to cost me $85!!! Ok 15 dollar gift card so $70.00. I have tried before to get a project created and they have so many crazy hoops to jump through!!! I just wanted some pencil sharpeners for my classroom!!!
