Ipoff Sold company but Kept clients, don't know where others are

Mr. Veritch sold me his old company and only gave me 1/3rd of the clients. The other 2/3rds just 'disappeared' in the transfer, don't ask me how.

When I tried to work it out with him and his friend they just said they would have to charge me per client to find out what happened and they started getting VERY crappy with me.

I think this was a bum deal becuase there were *NO* cancellation emails and for some reason 2/3rds of the claimed clients 'disappeared.'
