Yes I too am a victim of J D Marvel Products. I order two of the clear-vue dish antenna's. It took them 10 days to process my check, but it didn't recieve the product sometime in the mid Nov. 2003. I have been trying to contact someone about the dish, they don't work at all. I have send them back to JD Marvel Products Customer Service Dept 721-109 Box 3270 Champlain, NY 12919 thru UPS. They called me and told me that the packages have been returned to me. Due to the reason the address was unknown. If anyone know how to contact them please advise. It would be greatly apperated.
