Direct Commerce Academy Scam - charge credit card without my permission

I paid $2.97 to check out this website which claimed to have information for making money on the internet. I checked it out briefly but didn't find anything interesting. Was on the site for no more than 5 mins and then logged out. A few days later I saw a charge for $138.67 on my account. Here is the ONLY email that I received from them. No other notifications. I read everything online when I signed up and there was nothing about this being a trial period and about the full amount of the information. I was very careful.
