My second ripoff report against

This is my second report against Hurley State Bank. The last time I filed, I received a phone call from them the very next day. I have been trying to iron this out with them for months. Again, I have paid 75% of my bill with them. They claimed all of their bills go out on the 11 th of the month. I receive them 2 days before the due date. I pay them and send them immediately. Then i am wacked with a 49 dollar late penalty, and only 26 dollars is applied toward my principle. This has happened to me 18 times in a row. Of course I became frustrated, I stopped all payments after I paid a 300 dollar bill to catch up. I didnt receive a bill for 4 months. I followed up and made an attempt to find out why. Their offices are full of liars and theives.

All of them are trained to give answers to make us think we are wrong. I have paid my loan payment in full to the best of my knowledge. I opened with a purchase of approximately 1898 dollars. I have paid approximately 1566 dollars. They now tell me my balance is approximately 1900 dollars.

They called me and offered me a payoff of 670 dollars. I agreed only if I received a promise in writing. They agreed, then never sent it. A month later, they called me and told me the 30 percent agreement was denied. Then I tried 40%, they denied. They said the final dollar amount is 65% of what is due, and I refused, telling them that I will pay them nothing. It will be reported to the attorney general in CT, and the Banking commissioner in CT. Their practices in usury will end. I also forwarded this to my attorney, and recorded phone calls in which they were told is was being recorded. The FBI also has a website that is called the white collar website. They have been reported to them for fraud. I will not stand for it any more..
