Horrible, plagiarism by definition on their essays and shady customer service

I needed help writing a research paper due to my tight schedule this semester. I paid the amount they requested and i got the paper one week later. I put the paper through a software called "Safe Assignment" to check for originality and the paper failed big time. The results showed a 64% simmilarities which means most of the essay was cut and paste from sourcess on the internet. I tried to contact them since they guaranteed no plagiarism and 100% originality. I have yet to hear from them with an explanation. This is a horrible experince for me and did manage to make my matters the worst since I trusted on their promise. I dont want anybody else to experience the same. Please be aware people.
