National Student Clearinghouse
Misleading and Unwilling to Listen

Education & Science

I was referred to this business by my university's website. I was led to believe that I had paid for a degree verification that would have an option for mailing a physical document to my home.instead, I got a. Pdf document that failed to include confirmation of my degree and only included the information that I am "not currently enrolled" at my university.

When I contacted customer service within minutes of realizing that what I had paid for was not what was promised, they got back to me two days later and told me that I am not eligible for a refund.

Avoid this business if at all possible!
