Refusal to release direct student loan disbursement and changing the date without your consent. Financial aid adivsors do no honor student request to manage own financial aid

I elected to manager my own funds, and the end result financial aid unofficially change direct student loan disbursement dates without my consent. I were due a disbursement Sept. 13. On Sept. 21, after many calls to my financial advisors, she stated that my dates has been change, because there were a two week gap in starting date. From July 5: Started on July 19. I must be in class for the two weeks in Oct. 4th 2010 starting date for the third block and two week later my disbursement will be release. Allowing ten days for check overages to be posted. Also, I started with them in May and July they increase the tuition. Now go figure. So I am checking around, this situation has cause stress, and hardship in my life. These people aren't concern about your well being just their profit. They have put me in an apples, or oranges situation. If I leave at this late period, I am struck with a balance to the school. If I stay under these circumstances, I feel that they are being rewarded for there wrongful deed. Let's not forget that they use that 12 Credit requirement. Which have no reflecting on your loans, that's your responsibility for repayment.
