Misleading and Unwilling to Listen

I had been known e-commerce by my college's site. I had been generated genuinely believe that I'd taken care of a diploma confirmation that will have a choice for sending a doc to my house. Alternatively, I acquired a. Pdf doc that didn't contain verification of my diploma and just involved the info that I'm "not presently enrolled" at my college.

After I called customer support within a few minutes of recognizing that what I'd taken care of wasn't that which was guaranteed, they returned in my experience two nights later and explained that I'm not entitled to a return.

Prevent e-commerce if possible!
