Fraudulent recruiting practices, unethical and illegal charges internet/Savannah Georgis

I would like to respond to some of the reports on here, that are very dissatisfied with either the School and or the Mother company EDMC. I'm very interested in getting with anyone that wants to file a class action suit against either one. I'm not sure how to make contact with anyone, simple due to the request of not putting our email address, or personal information. I'm going to include mine though because I do want contact and hope they go ahead and post it anyway. I'm taking that liability and or change. I have a great filter system and can get rid of the intruders I don't want.
My story is just the same as everybody's else's. I was lied to (yes I can document it) about my financial "rewards" as they so put it. They then blatantly reneged/breached that agreement. I chose to withdraw and discontinue my education with these kinds of people/corporation and that's when the nastiness came out. They of course, sent back my grant and financial awards, and then wanted to charge me. This is completely illegal and against Federal Law. They know it, they are playing on peoples, ignorance and desires. They use intimidation tactics as well as manipulation and bulling, and threatening with all kinds of consequences. They are counting on people being ignorant about the law, and or just paying the bill, so they can continue, because their into deep, they want it to bad, they are desperate. They are also counting on people getting frustrated and giving up. Don't, look at it this way, most lawsuits if won, will reward damages and they are usually three times the real damage, therefore, just see it has an investment into your future. Also, do we really want these people to get rich and I do mean rich, off of us like that? Turn the table on them. If they use harassment on you, save every piece of paper. Do not talk with them on the phone, without taping and or having a witness to that conversation but it on speaker phone, and have someone validate it. The point is, don't give up the law is on your/our side, and this company may not go down because of us, but with all the potential lawsuits, it will sure take a bite of of them. Also, report them to your State, Federal, Accreditation board? Report them to the government and education boards.
They can only get away with this if we let them. Document, document. Don't get mad, and rant and rave... Use that energy to do something. We need to stick together. I'm interest in a lawsuit, if it takes 5 yrs to get them. They are arrogant, and pompous at best. They are crooks. Why Ted Nelson isn't in jail, is beyond me, heck we steal a candy bar, and were in jail. Let's not ALLOW this to happen. The payoff may not be for a few years, but at least there is relief.
I will get back on here later, and post a website that has a document that provides the paperwork of a suit filed by three students, from the Apollo group and they won 78.5 Millions dollars. Of course they didn't get it all. But read the first few pages, it explains very clearly the the school cannot automatically send back your monies and then charge you. They are not your lender, the Gov is. This suit will also explain why they are doing it. I promise you you read this, and you will go get an Attorney and sue these people, big time. Let's do it.
