Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing will not let you cancel

Yet another 18 year old taken advantage of. I was sent a ccs 1st national card I had called to activate it and was told a date when I could cancel it. They said they would also send me 2 more cards for a 30 day trial and that would be there in 2 days I did not get those cards for 10 days.

Being that I work bankers hours I was unable to get ahold of them I tried calling them on my breaks at work but I could never get a hold of sombody before I had to return to work. Now the last day they said I can cancel they already took $200 dollers from me I called to find out why they had done this after I waited 45 minutes on the phone they told me I could not get it back when I asked for a manager they told me no.
