Urban services of, IL contracting in California improper filthy crap infested conditions working conditions

I want the cities and surrounding cities in california to know about who your sub contrating. On around september, 26 I went to work for Urban services of chicago. They had been contracted by the city of Temecula. I should have known something was fishy when I asked about signing a I-9, and w-4, and they replied it wasnt important.

Our jobs were to assemble the big blue, n black trash cans that are used by residents. The first problem i had was that we were made to unload pallets of dangerous steel axels with any forklift, or back braces. The other problem was the site.

I've heard of improper working conditions but to have human beings working on horse, rabbit, and cow feces was to much.

I worked the whole day to the best of my ability then decided not to come back. Simple right. WRONG!

Can you believe after 12 hours of working in 105 degree temp with no shade and the filthy crap infested conditions they would at least pay. Nope!!! I sent a copy of a signed I-9 to the supervisor. I then recieved a check for 8 hours, If that dont beat all, when i talked to the forman about i was told"theres no way you can prove you worked here"'"""""I have since filed a claim with the dept, of labor, the state of california, and will also be making a statement to surrounding cities in california.

Be careful who you work for, and temecula, be careful who works for you...
