Ltd. $50 free gas ripoff, lie about sending reimbursements, won't call back ripoff

My husband and I went to several hour long event to look at property at Wildwood Shores in Conroe in June. We were told we would receive a free cruise and $50 in free gas. The whole thing was a ripoff.

We sent our first gas coupon/receipt in on 7/27/02 and received a check for $10 on 10/8/02. Then I mailed the next four over a period of eight months, but have still never received another check.

I have called numerous times and left many, many messages. No one ever calls back. I actually spoke to someone named Shaunessy on 10/7/03 who said I would receive a $40 check in 7 to 10 days. Still nothing and they won't return my phone calls. What a ripoff! I'll never fall for one of those scams again.
