Chris Bowser, Another get rich Books and cds with 100% Money Back Guarantee - Seller refuses to refund customer!

In April 19, I purchased a set of tapes and books in a Seminar after being promised the moon and the sky. The only reason that I did is because of the 100%, no questions asked, risk free guarantee by this company. The only paperwork that I got out of this transaction was a receipt for 1495.00.
Shortly thereafter, I kept contacting the vendor for refund process. When I finally got a return e-mail (my calls almost 20 of them were ignored), The email from Adam Bowser stipulated that I needed to call Jeannie Orlowski of REMentor as they are the ones who took the funds. (e-mail attached). After speaking with Jeannie on the phone, she gave me instructions on where to send the package back to, and requested info on where to mail the refund check to as I verbalized that my old account has been changed. After spending 32.00 on shipping and calling repeatedly to find out when my check is coming, I got a short e-mail saying they are not refunding me my funds (e-mail attached).
Question 1: Why would I buy something that did not have a 100% money back, I didnt know this new company? That does not make sense for any investor.
Question No. 2: Now theyre saying that it was a three day rescission notice. How come this was not documented or mentioned when we were getting sold this material? Also, per Ca Law, this three day right of rescion is supposed to be documented and signed. No such thing occurred.
Question No. 3: If there was no refund, why would I have a confirmation e-mail with instructions on who to contact for my money?
Question No. 4: Why would this Jeannie tell me to ship the product back if there was no refund? Even if I decided to return the product within three days, how would I have done that? These people do not return calls. (I called as soon as the seminar was done which was less than three days).in fact, I only got an e-mail weeks later, and not a phone call. Please request documentations from this vendor (as well as mine) because I have multiple phone records of contacting them and they never return calls.
