Known Errors in Study Material yet Company Defends without even caring about finding out what the errors are. They are selling incorrect information

I had purchased just a month ago a study guide to pass the TeXes Math 8-12 teacher certification test.in their trignometry section, I found a blatant error in a formula that they are teaching. I contacted them via email about finding an error.

Their response was to defend themselves and they didn't even ask what error I found. They did not care that they had a blatant error which probably started as a typo nor did they want to find out what it was to correct it. Who knows what other mistakes are in their books. I have lost confidence in their product and would not recommend them to anyone. I even tried finding a phone number to contact the company just in case the support person I was dealing with may have not been acting as the company would want her to act but I can't even report this to the company since they do NOT have any contact information in addition to a physical address on their website.

At this point I will be asking them for my money back but I have doubts about that since they won't even acknowledge that they have an error in a trig formula in their book. Please be wary of this company.
