I started Full sail july of 09, Withdrew from classes In December. Finally in toward the end of January they Accepted my withdraw paperwork. I agreed to take 11 classes, i took 7, Yet they are still billing me for Classes i never took. Watch out with this school. They do not bill by the class but by the time until you are eligible for more Fin. Aid. If you attend 1 day of classes you automaticly owe for 10% of the classes. Attend a Full month and you owe for all 6 months. So if you take there first to classes you are going to be billed for the next 9 no matter what. So beware.
The quality of the education is subpar in the classes i was in. You are much better off at a local community college. Better classes and Less money. Have credits with another college? Forget about it with full sail, 4 of the 7 classes i took i already had maxed out the amount i needed for a BS degree at a State School.
The school is Deisgned to do one thing, Sign students up, and take there money. There online program is a joke. Tehy send you a book tell what chapters to read, and let you fill in the answer to questions by clicking a multiple choice answer box. You may have one or two projects per class to turn in that require you to actually do something, but again there lacking in substance. I was able to get top marks on all assignments without reading the books and working on the projects 10-15 mins before the due time. And don't forget about the class chat room where you have to make 2 post and its worth 10% of your grade
