Our entire experience began after I noticed an advertisement by College Coalition about obtaining an AA level in Operation at Florida Technology. I asked plus they had me enrolled and prepared in a wild and complicated speed. I had been provided Students Consultant which was really manipulative and condescending. They delivered my publications and that I began my courses. A couple of days into one course I discovered they'd not delivered the required Disc and guide I had a need to enter the course site. I approached UA plus they stated they'd deliver them. It got them 4 times to obtain them in my experience. Well that set me more behind. I sprang the Disc in also it wouldn't work-in my person. I approached them again plus they stated it had been my participant which was the issue. Today I'm further behind. Our organization won't purchase the course should you obtain a poor quality and so I chose to withdraw. Well that's where they managed to get problematic for me! I sent my Repetition many times and got no response for directions on the best way to withdraw. I questioned my teacher and got no response. I sent Tech-Support plus they offered me complicated directions. I eventually sent aonother teacher and he offered me the right way to withdraw. I completed up my other online learning class simply to discover the directions to withdraw were at the conclusion of this course. Today they tell me I withdrew too late and that I am accountable to pay for $1300 for that course. I appealed however they wouldn't I would like to publish my several emails seeking help which demonstrates I attempted in useless prior to the cutoff time to withdraw.

Our Repetition was so rude and spoke right down to me that I'll never utilize UA again. She really attempted to obtain me to sign up within the course again! Main point here is be ADDITIONAL cautious in working with these folks, they're handy and also you are responsible until proven innocent.
