Pro/connect/premiere ripoff! Mwi deducted $ from acct for no reason at all!

I checked my account statements today and I noticed 3 (three!!!) transaction of $9.95 on my account. I never heard of MWI and they have absolutely no authority or permission to deduct individual accounts without their consent! It is a serious violation! I will make numerous phone calls to the company and take action. I am a student! What right do they have to rip anyone off?
