Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing, beware people the net is strong and your phone company will not help you

I ordered a phone through taxnet and never received the phone. Its been over 6 months with payments being charged and paid on my verizon phone bill. I have contacted verizon several times to have this taken off and was told that it was my problem.

I have also contacted oan/taxnet and was hung up on several times. Beware people the net is strong and your phone company will not help you. Now that i changed my phone company and number verizon sends me a final bill for over 8oo. Oo from this company-companies. Who can help?
