Drove away paing enrollee

I enrolled in Survival Workshop & paid $125. I got a receipt with "Lorna Moglia Design" at the top thinking me for my payment but not saying what, when, where, how much. After a week I still had not gotten any class confirmation with info. I'd lost the link to the class e-flyer. The class was 3 1/2 mo in future and I would surely miss it. I found an email on the receipt and sent a message saying what I'd gotten was not credible and I was concerned. Moglia called but was not forthcoming in her role - namely it's her business. All she had to do was email me a receipt and class confirmation with info.instead she let me know I was all wrong - Apparently emails were sent - only the return address and subject line said "Lorna Moglia" - who? That was spam to me. My enrollment was canceled even tho I repeatedly said I wanted to attend. The woman was very mean and it was a bad experience. I had been very excited about the class - having sent the flyer to friends and posted on Facebook, etc. Vary bad experience.
