My daughter is involved in a court issue and is charged with a serious offense. Early in Jan she needed a psychiatric evaluation and I was in a panic because this is a time sensitive issue. I was directed to Herbert Stewart of Pax Atlantic Marketing. Mr Stewart called me and by the questions he asked, I believed he was the doctor. He urged me to send him $6,000 (by Fed Ex, cost me $22. Also, I was forced to put a portion on a credit card and pay interest.) I had no statement or breakdown of services rendered.

After thinking everything through, I called and requested proper paperwork. I was shocked to find that only $1000 had gone to the doctor, $2900 went to Cross City Marketing fees and $1500 went to another referral party.

Mr. Stewart listed on the statement that $1600 went to the doctor when in fact it was only $1,000. My sister works for a group of psychiatrists and when she showed them the paperwork, they said that I had been ripped off and robbed blind.

After notifying Mr. Stewart, he sent me a letter stating that he would reimburse me on or around Aug 16th. I have written, left phone messages, but no response.

Another point is that I should have received a discount for paying. Thank you.
