Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent, non professional services Washington

On July 15th. I purchased an ebook from Stephen Ducharme. Web address he uses are moneyhome.com and freeadguru.com

July 21st. At 7pm PDT I received a phone call from Tyler Truman Service Director for Professional Consulting Services. He identified himself as part of Stephen Ducharme's inner circle of directors. He had all the details of my purchase of the course including the name of the person who had recommended the course, Justin Blake. I had little reason to disbelieve him at this point.

He did a very thorough job of conning me into believing that with the help their help I would be able to make a lot of money, legitimately using Stephen Ducharme's ebook.

He said that a professional coach would guide me in it's use and show me a way to use eBay to direct traffic to my website. (The only website I had is an affiliate website from Legacy for Life, a very honest company)

He claimed that I would be shown how to use a software called Rocket Emailer which they would supply to get lots of opt-in subscribers to a newsletter that I would be shown how to develope. He claimed that they would form a corporation for me.

He said that I would receive professional accounting and tax software.

He claimed that I would definitely recoupe my investment of $6,695 within a couple of months.

I asked them to send me a receipt for my tax records. They failed to send it. I have repeatedly asked for this receipt and was promised that it would be emailed to me. I have not yet received it.

I received an email from Brittany Steadman (brittany@usight.com) July 24th. She had phoned me July 22nd to inform me that a website was part of the package. The email gave me my username and password to enter uBuilder to create my website.

Next I was contacted by phone the so called professional, a woman named Peggy. She said she was to be my coach. She would show me first how to build my website. She also told me at this time thaat the coaching sessions would only last 30 minutes and there would only be ten of them.

By the third coaching session it was obvious, even to me, that she new very little about website building. I asked her if she had a website of her own that I could look at. She replied that she was just in the process of building her own website but it was not yet finished. She could not answer even the simplest questions of how to fomat text in uBuilder. She even admitted that she knew very little about uBuilder.

I asked her about the Hammertap software that
Tyler Truman had said would enable me to redirect traffic from eBay to my website, legitimately of course. She said she knew nothing about that and that Hammertap was just an auction software.

I had recieved the Hammertap software by mail along with a CD entitled Tax Advantage 4.0 This CD had no software on it whatsoever. The tax information that it provided was out of date. Being from the 1980/90's.

Each week Peggy my "professional coach" would give me an assignment for the week, like check out Word Tracker.com and use their free trial to discover keywords that would fit my wevsite. She never told me what to do with them or how to use them.

Her last assignment for me was I should buy and use a program that I had discovered on the web and told her about. SiteBuildIt.com

At this point I decided that they had had enough opportunity to be honest with me and had failed miserably.

On August 15th. I notified Stephen Ducharme by email that there was a possible fraud using his name. I received an automated reply the same day that said I would be contacted within the next twentyfour hours. I have not yet been contacted.

On the same day August 15th. I wrote a letter to Tyler Truman Service Director of Professional Consulting Services outlining my experiences with them, showing that they had not lived up to our agreement and demanded a full refund of my investment with them. I sent this by certified mail.

On August 19th. I sent the same letter by email to Tyler Truman at tylertruman@usa.com I have not yet received a reply.

Yesterday, August 20th. I phoned Tyler Truman (800-720-6164 ext. 163) He was not in his office. I left a message for him to return my call. He has not done so.

I called him again this morning August 21 at 9:15 am PDT he was again not in his office, I left a message again. But since this is such an obvious rip-off I do not expect that he will return my call.
