If you ordered only one video, but keep receiving more, and more importantly, keep getting billed for more, dispute the subsequent charges with your credit/debit card company IMMEDIATLY as unauthorized charges— they are, after all. You only authorized a one-time purchase.

Make sure you don't wait too long to enter your dispute (in writing - they must have your signed documentation stating the charge (s) are unauthorized), or you may run out of time for your card company to assist you.
