Ocwen Federal Bank aka Old Standard Life ripoff and Land thieves

I am helping my parents fight ocwen and old standard life. Right now I'm trying to get as much info as I can we may be fighting these companys on our own so far we have gone through 3 law firms and are looking for a new attorney.

Ocwen Bought their loan note from the owner of the house. When we started buying the house it had been through a fire so it was not liveable. We stayed in a moterhome for the first year. Every thing was fine we made our payments on time. Then in june the owner sold the note to ocwen we were never notified us of the sale.

August ocwen calls and says you're behind on your payments. And the lady listened and promised to send something with the account number on it. I never received anything but the address that they had given on the phone.

Feb the call saying they are going to forclose on the house. We contacted bigclassacttion and manged to stop it till march 17.

March 6 they claimed to have spoken to my mother, however that is not possible because she was with me at the hospital for the birth of her first grandchild.

July they started leaving notes on the door again and have continued to leave notes on the door to call them.

August they tried to evict us from our home. We manged to stop it sort of. We have til monday to file some weird thing or another. We will continue to fight ocwen.
