Ripoff - absolutely no customer service

They ripped me off, too.

They owe me around 50 dollars. I have all the documentation, emails that went back and forth, my canceled check, etc.

I placed an order. Somehow, another person's order number was confused with me. I got notification that they weren't shipping the order until funds were received. I sent funds for the order. Apparently, I ended up paying for the person's order that I was confused with in addition to my order. I tried and tried to get my money back. I emailed, mailed, called, all to no avail. Its been a couple years, and I still have all my documentation.

If anyone wants to join forces to get reimbursed for being overcharged, please contact me.

For everyone else, don't order from them. Once you add in their exhorbitant shipping charges, their merchandise isn't necessarily cheaper and the quality on some things is very low. Additionally, you run the risk of billing snafus like I and others have suffered! And when it happens, they don't make it right. Don't give them your business.
