Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I have read all the complaints from all the other people here and all of them at one point discribes what I am dealing with here with homeq. Ripping me off. The way I figure at the end of my 20 year loan on my house it still wont be paid for. Then what. I filed chapter 13 one month ago and reinstated the home loan, and they say im behind on my payments, wich inturn messes up my case, it will be dismissed (thats bad for me) well I have all my checks that they have cashed and none of them are late. But they continue on with it. I have a lawyer and he is working on it, but I havent found out anything yet. They think they will be gaining if they forclose, cause the house was appraised for 12,000 more that i borrowed, but the house is in disrepair and gutted for remodeling, and not worth 10000 haha, let them come and get it if they want. Since 1999 I have only paid about a 1000 $ toward the princple, and that should worry me because they are ripping me off so badly, but to make me feel better, I pay more that a 100 dollars less for a payment than houses in this area go for in rent.in a strange way Im not losing anything, if you look at it that way. And I must, for there sake!!
