Alan Harvey bought a brand new Buffet clarinet for his child and requested to cover 1/2 of it instantly and also the relaxation in thirty days. It's today December 23rd- nearly six months later and he declined to possibly return the device to get a partial reimbursement or spend the statement. DON'T EXTEND CREDIT to Alan Harvey.
