Ripoff, Fraud and Misrepresentations - Unauthorized Credit Card charge and selling of Credit Card info!

I bought movie tickets at Fandango.com back in February. I am a student and have not paid close attention to my bills, but it turns out that Fandango sold my credit card information to "WFI Reservation Rewards" who began charging me $7 per billing cycle WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

I called "Fandango" and they claim that I filled out a survey after buying my tickets (total crap!) and clicked a button stating I authorized them to give my credit information to a 3rd party for some alleged rewards program.

Even if it were true, if this alleged survey did exist, they did it in such a way that made the consumer think that they were authorizing Fandango to bill them for the tickets just purchased. And they certainly did not make it clear that you were authorizing repetitive billing. This is deceptive, fraudulant and a material misrepresentation of the truth!

I want more than my money back for the $7/month for the last four months that I've been billed. I want a class action... Punitive awards to send a message to scammers and the big companies that support them!!!
