Dirty ripoff liars ripoff liars victimized us

I recieved this letter in the mail with a key in it.inviting me and my boyfriend to uniway. So, wondering what was this and did we really win anything we went. I don't know if it matters or not I was only 19 and very easily suckered!

THey made us think that they were the greatest company in the world to buy items like car steros and jewelry and furniture. THE saleman really poured it on! Thick! He ended the tour telling us that we had to join that night or never step foot back into the building again. I told him twice that I did not have any money at the time and that we did not want to join because we were expecting. He just would not give up. My boyfriend agreed to try it, okay, he still did not have enough cash on him for this.

So, the saleman suggested that I wrote a post dated check and if I changed my mind I could still join and at the same time my boyfriend could join now and he would not deposit the check until he receive a money order or a call to go ahead with the deposit. So, I did just that I wrote the check. THE VERY NEXT day after talking about this company with a guy that I worked with I called back and talked to someone who was suppose to be a manager and told him that I was putting a stop payment on the check because my boyfriend had also changed his mind about joining.

We the check never cleared and now I have a negative report on my credit report of $2400. (TWICE) and some lawyer of uniway's keep sending me letters harrassing me of the debt!

Someone please help, because I am being screwed for walking into a building! And this is destroying my credit!
