Banyan Tree Learning Centers, San Diego Area Yelled at, and spanked my child, and then took my tuition money

Both of my children were enrolled at Banyan Tree, and Nanci Engle, the owner, spanked my children yelled at them, and locked them in a room for an hour. I found this unacceptable. When I confronted Nanci, she refused to refund our $900 tuition that we had paid in advance.
I would never send my child to this school. They even have a roach problem! When I used their bathroom, 2 roaches were crawling on the wall, disgusting.
