Around March I created a Herniated Disk in the degree L5—S1 causeing pain from my low-back although my hip and completely down the best knee to my feet, From The really moderate to some cause you to cry discomfort. No fun. 7/18 I settled a I allow LSI work on me along with a time later I told them, I still harm, however they stated it is was in my own mind. I Requested for an MRI and LSI stated no since it was to right after surgery. Today a few months later 10/05 they inform me to obtain another MRI. I did so plus they noticed that there process didn't dome worthwhile. I returned to determine them-but was handled like they where likely to dome a benefit which it might not function. (I'm not alone below). Items that they explained where not the case. I've had surgery 8/1 by another Doctor and miss more work all total time not able to about 8-12 weeks, now can you go that extended without pay. I can not. There's more.
