They didn't send my refund check

I sent them my money to order the package I got the package and it was a book so I read all the information and it stated that ypu had to be 18 or older so I noticed I wasn't old enough. I called and talked too them and they told me to send them the stuff back and they were going to send me my refund back and I never received it yet.
