Capital aka Companion Mortgage Company ripoff waste of time thieves

My family is also going through the roughest 5 years of our lives.

It all started when my husband broke his arm and had 2 surgeries on it.
We fell behind on some payments. They worked out a plan alright A plan to steal my home. Since 1999 we have been giving them money here and there never amounts that made sense. But we paid in fear of losing our family home. Just pay it to get them off our backs for another month or so... Then they'd call again threats and all like a bad nightmare dream't over and over.

I have had enough. They forced us to file bankcruptcy failing

A claim of 27,000 dollars on a 55,000 loan that we have been paying on for 5 years... Of which now we owe more then the orginal loan was taken for. Asking for a payoff several times never getting one. But I read on one site that their employees get bonuses for stalling customers so they can forclose on them as of today I have no idea where all the 20,000 and more I have paid them is at a suspended account paying for leases on private jet's for CEO's to fly to their beach houses in California I suppose. Enough before I get more depressed. Thanks for a page to get rid of some stress
