Ripoff scam liars cheaters thieves just want my fees back federal offense?

Got caught up in this like other people. Did
the work, got no pay. Asked for money back. I
sent letters and e-mails asking for a yes or
no answer to a refund. All attempts have fallen
on deaf ears. This is my next step.
Sent fees by postal money order. USPS owned by
federal government. Is this a federal offense?
Gotta shut 'em down. Money back first.
