The worst job you will ever have

I started working for this company and right off I knew something was not right. They had 2 weeks of in class "training" in which they had 2 representatives of the company teaching our group of about 40 people about what our job will entail. There were many guest speakers that would come through and give speeches about what a great company it is to work for and how accredited they are. A big phrase was "changing people's lives" by giving them an education. Most of the people in the training were not very educated or articulate and many were obnoxious which the company promotes as motivation. The guest speakers were all sales people to the core down to their techniques on selling you on the idea you are helping people to get an education. Once we were sent to our respective teams we were to call people in a lead bank that we were lead to believe were people interested in going back to school. Most of the people were looking for jobs and thought they were filling out applications for employment but were actually setting themselves up to be harrased multiple times a day. We were pushed to help people change their lives and get an education but of course there was an application fee students will have to pay as part of the application process. We always would have to add that we really need to get the application fee in right away so I can get you a meeting with the director of admissions. "He makes the final decision" to determine if the student will be accepted. It does not matter what happens in the meeting w / the director you will be accepted. It is just a fear of loss tactic used to get potential students to enroll. The "directors" are all people that were successful SELLING enrollments in the past and were now the supervisors. There is pressure everyday to get enrollments. The only way to really be successful is to push these potential students into making one of the biggest decisions in their lives w / in a few hours. A decision that will at minimum cost a student upwards of $60,000 for an online bachelors degree. Many of the people I talked to were without jobs and could not dream of the burden of $60K of debt. The worst thing about that company of blood suckers that prey on people's weakneses is they have the audacity to claim they are giving these people a quality education but what they are really doing is hustling down and out people for $60,000 degrees that are worthless in the real world. I have a bachleors degree that cost me a fraction of what CTU charges at a traditional school and not one of the employers I have worked for since I worked at CTU online would accept a degree from that school as legitimate. I feel sorry for anyone who has wasted their time or effort for that company or for their worthless degrees.
