Mmt Music Group Bruce Goodwin ripoff consumer rip-off fraud dreams shattered lia

I have read all of the rip off reports on Bruce Goodwin and MMT Group. I live in Omaha Nebraska and I responded to an add for a STAR SEARCH. The date was June 6th. At the Crown Plaza Hotel Ballroom. I sold my 20 tickets at 10 dollars a piece so I could sing my two song and get my FREE video. All of my friends and family came to watch me perform. I got to talk with Mr. Goodwin for 5 minutes. He shook my hand and told me that I left a lasting impression on him and that he would be in touch in about a week.

Yeah he called alright, while I was waiting for my call I got my hopes up even more when his secretary called me and wanted to tell me that their company really liked my talent.

I had tried to call the phone # several times and got an answering machine. My first thought was "humm... If the company is that big why wouldn't a live person answer the phone?" I began to think back to the audition... The equipment seemed to be low quality cheep stuff. The kind you see in a cheap music store. The night reminded me of a really bad Karaoke Competition.

Needless to say I decided to do some research of my own and stumbled across this wonderful web site. Bruce will call and I will not be ripped off. But my heart goes out to the other people who have been ripped off and had their dreams shattered. Not all companies are like this. My advice and to go locally and don't sign anything until you have checked the company's background.

To all the talented people of the world—don't give up.
What a horrible man Bruce Goodwin is. He is not just stealing people's money, but he is stripping them of hopes and dreams too! In front of their friends and family. Someone needs to stop this FRAUD. And yes the BBB isn't the best way to find good companies. All you need is money to join the BBB. Now I guess we all know where our ticket money goes!
