I simply needed to state general one-word on Penn Foster: FRUSTRATION

Not just the team that solutions e-mail are unhelpful but rude many the changing times I want contact them regarding my supplies.

And worse of all of the college appears to like move round the pupils' problems to various customer support workplace which means you probably discover that your mail could be responded by numerous diverse individual & its difficult to find whoever you been equivalent to.

If provided an option I'd not pick the college however because of the reality I'm a global scholar, the amount of online colleges are restricted options.
