Ripoff. They're taking my money, but I haven't bought anything. Nationwide

I received Home Shopping Network packet in the mail after receiving a call that this product is used whenever you buy from us. Naturally I thought what better way to buy products online. I paid membership free.in March I cancelled this service and requested to cancel service.

Recently I was overlooking my bank statement and they charged me 99.99 2x in the same day. According to the new member guide it reads will only be charge if used of service and will collect a one time fee of 199.99 which was paid in February. I have attempted to call CCS but do not get a live person on the phone. I am immediately going to my bank and will attempt to stop incoming draft from this company. Any suggestions how to stop this fraud.
