I visited the Offer College websiteto get details about processing for federal awards. For these details, it stated on the webpage," at no cost disc simply spend $1.98 delivery & handeling." there is no reference to every other costs. On 8/15/09 I experimented with create a cost on my charge card and was rejected. Upon further analysis I came across that " Grant College " had created a cost of $39.95 on my card that was not autherised. After several efforts to get hold of "Grant College" and having no achievement personally I think the one thing I will do would be to document this criticism to allow others learn about the fraudulant costs the corporation is comitting.
