Deceptive company, ripoff swindlers, I owe this mysterious amount of $6240.00., Ontario California, Diamond Bar California

I graduated from their program in May 1997.in Decemder of 1998 they send me a letter saying I owe over $6,000. Mind you everything was paid thru financial aid over $20,000. They sent mt to collections, I called UOP and the collection agency... Sent numerous letters and FINALLY in March... When I decide to start another program, they say you ONLY owe $400- so I pay that...

Then I request for my diploma... And guess what... I still owe this mysterious amount of $6240.00...

My Lenders, that UOP claims they sent it back to HAS NO RECORD OF EVER RECEIVING THIS! As they told me years ago...

Mind you, that UOP sent me to collections&and prior to the 6000 amount it was 400, then it was 1100 then it was 1600 and finally 6240... The collection agency DISMISSED this, since I sent all documentation to them supporting the FACT THAT I DID NOT OWE ANYTHING... I SENT THE SAME documentation to UOP, at least 7 times.

UOP received OVER 20,000 for an MBA and they still want to get more money that I know is not MY responsibility. They ARE HOLDING MY DEGREE HOSTAGE and are probably JEAPORDIZING my employment, by stating that i have not earned my degree...

IT's funny how the 6000 amount went away went I decided to come back to school and then it mysteriousley popped back up, after I was in my 2nd class..., anortther 2500 in debt.
