Rip off - trying to get additional money

This college is NOT REGIONALLY accredited they did not assist me with financial aid - and they sent me a letter after over a year -I paid them cash of over a thousand dollars, for a few classes - now they send me a letter saying I now owe them an additional $24 for shipping - I havent received any more books or anything from them since I paid them cash initially-no one ever told me anything about this additional fee - and I havent taken classes with them in over a year-this is truly a scam and I would advise anyone to not attend this school.
