Team program Foreclosure Big time ripoff, Software that does not work, coaches only sometimes America

I ordered the Team program over the phone after being assured by the salesman that there is a money back guarantee. When asked what that guarantee consisted of, he said that the details would be explained later. They never were.

We received the highly touted "PropStream" real estate locater software program days later only to discover that it showed zero foreclosures or preforclosures for the entire Huntsville, AL area.in fact, it listed no properties for sale at all in our area. This is a key fault since their program requires that you build a local team to do your real estate business and hold open house to get prospects to buy your houses. We live in Huntsville, we need for this to work in Huntsville.

The coaching calls were filled with very general r.E.info and of the 6 scheduled calls 2 were missed because the coaching team admitted they had their "wires crossed." Other calls were late by 20 to 65 minutes from the scheduled time.

Great promises were made, I wrote them down. "In six months you will have sold 5 properties for a total of $100,000 in profit." Even in this market that would take a powerful campaign to accomplish. When pushed on this point my coach suggested we call FSBO's in the local newspaper!

I've called the company and asked for a refund. I was told that I had to be in the program longer and that they would fix the problems. I've been in 60 days and the problems are not fixed and they still have my $6,085!
