Ripoff Never Sent me the book Never got a response or refund

I was selected to have a poem published in a book, and they sent me a form to order. I still have not recived it, and when I tried to correspond the only response I got was do you have the original letter?

I said no... It was over 8 months ago... And never heard a word back since... Still tryin to communicate with them however... I would really like that book!
