Yet another Complaint

My husband and I were ALSO screwed over by the VCStore. We ordered our computer on 4/25/00 and received parts over the next 3 months. We never received all of the software that was promised (MGI Photosuite II, Cyberlink DVD, etc.)

We also mailed in all of our rebates and never received any money back. Getting ahold of the company has been impossible, and we're at a loss as to what to do.

I would like to file a class-action lawsuit of some sort, I just don't know how to go about it, and I don't know what the statute of limitations is on this. If anyone has any advice, we'd surely appreciate it.
