Not only is master Bolen's integretity impeccable but his motives are also honorable. I have trained with master Bolen over a lengthy period of time and have come to admire and appreciate his dedication to the traditions and values we Korean Martial artists hold dearest. Master Bolen is a devout Christian who absolutely abhores dishonesty. He has also served in the United States Airforce (with an honorable discharge). As for Master Bolen's Credentials, I am happy to tell you that he is a memeber of the World Hapkido Association (an actual organization run by true korean masters) as well as a member of the ITBF, USTW and the KMAIA as well as a host of other reputable organizations, master Bolen is very well respected in both the Korean And Martial Art communities. His rank is regestered at the Kukkiwon. (the Kukkiwon is a sport only organization just as KTA and WTF are also) just because a person is or isnot a member of "Kukkiwon, Korea taekwondo federation, Jidokwan or World taekwondo federation" does not denote that they are fraudulent.

For instance the Korea Taekwondo federation is the official governing body for Korean taekwondo in korea (you must be Korean to be member) The World taekwondo federation is an entity of KTA, its soul purpose is to promote sport taekwondo throughout the world. As far as Jidokwan, it is now a defunct part of KTA (no longer officially recognized by Korea taekwondo Association) It is advisable to research and get as much information as possible before defaming any individual, not just one sided hearsay. And by the way Esther Kim and my daughter grew up together esther kim is the daughter of Master Kim in Texas who trained Kay Poe, Myself Nor Master Kim knows nothing of Hong, Soon Pil coaching Ms. Poe and as for $450 blackbelt, through the WTF 1st dan is only $90 (americans are not certified through KTA-so where does that $100 Go?) and anybody can get a posed photograph with union presidents and celebrities at any major tournament, festival or seminar for a few dollars (that's just politics) I strongly urged you to consider your actions wisely. To know others is knowledge, to know yourself is wise.
