Ripoff Buisness (censored) people on the internet through the use of trickery pop ups! You can't delete without activating agree

While searching a web cam site a Pop Up for an adult site came up. No matter what you clicked on, it would not delete. The only button that would activate was age verifying button and only the yes 18 at that.

After that button is clicked upon, the computer startes to down-load and you are charged a flat rate of 30 min. A Bill for $125.27.

All down-loaded information was erased as soon as it stopped down-loading.information that was never agreed upon. I refuse to pay these (censored) that don't know how to get an honest job. What can be done.
