I had $79.95 taken out of my checking account from a pos surchase in March by this company I have never even heard of. When I called them, they refunded my money, but not the overdraft fee ($25.00) that resulted from the money coming out of my account.
On may 12 I had a pos purchase of $139.95 taken out of my account without my consent or knowledge. I called again, and was told I or someone in my household had signed up for their health plan. I don't even know what that is. The girl didn't even know that they had charged me the month before! They are refunding my money.
My question is what is to stop they from taking money from me every month? The only option I might have is to close my account and open a new one! I don't want to do that, and I should not have to!
