Questsavers Bargain Network Watch out for this deceptive, unscrupulous company!

Be aware that Questsavers Bargain Network are two of the most unscrupulous, insensitive, disgusting companies on the internet.

Don't deal with them! The following is what they did to me (to the best of my knowledge up to this time).

Right now, all I know is that I was somehow enrolled in both of their programs, at the same time, on February 20 at a monthly charge of $8.95 each, after a thirty-day free trial. Since I did not knowably and willingly sign up, or I was unaware that charges, especially monthly charges, were involved with these programs if I did sign up.

I did not realize until yesterday that this money was being withdrawn from my checking account via my Visa debit card. So, I haven't been the best at keeping up with my checking account statements. That's not the point. The point is this: I sometimes run my checking account very low and any unathorized charge can put me into overdrafts. These charges did just that, and cost me an additional $99.00 in bank charges at a time when I desperately needed the money for utility payments.

So, I immediately called Questsavers to ask about it. After that, I called Bargain Network and that's when things got interesting. Within two or three hours, I talked to a representative, a supervisor, and, after calling them back, another representative. The first one told me I was enrolled through a user agreement while on another site. The supervisor finally agreed to refund the charges, but would do nothing about the overdraft charges from my bank. I later called to find out what site they alledged I was on when all this originally occured. That's when I talked with the second representative, who told me I signed up on the Bargain Network site, and that it is the only way to sign up. What hogwash!

In short, these people don't even get their stories straight with each other. I don't know how this occured, how they got my information, or any other details. I'll find out, though, and when I do, this report will be updated.in the meantime, everyone should stay as far away from these companies, and anyone they are associated with, as they can.
