Ripoff business from hell

I signed up with them to get lower rates so I can pay everthing off so I can buy a home next yaer. I had good credit. To cut it short they were not paying my bills the right way. I gave them $2800 to pay the rest of my bills off and then keep it. They said they would apply it to to bills never happened. I talk to dan ruggiero he said he would send the money back over nite. Never happen. The avoid your calls. One word the movie "boiler-room" ring a bell?
